The Brief
Emerging from the pandemic, we sought to create an awareness campaign that felt fresh and celebratory—highlighting how Justworks makes work easier and more enjoyable.
The Outcome
This was my first campaign at Justworks, developed under tight deadlines. Leveraging my network, I commissioned hand-drawn tattoo-style illustrations of hands—symbolizing human collaboration. The unique aesthetic helped Justworks stand out in a traditionally dull industry. Though awareness campaigns aren’t always trackable, this one drove strong lead generation and received praise from our sales team.

Spring Update
For the second half of the year, we refreshed our creative for spring. With fluorescents on the rise, we leveraged their boldness to capture viewer attention.

John Starr, the illustrator of this project, was present in front of his work at Miami airport.
